This is a good neck pillow. One side cool, one side soft. My husband loves his and it prevents morning headaches. I ended up going back to my hard neck pillow. It was really comfortable though, but my neck is just tricky. I use mine as a body pillow though, so I still use it.

It took a week or so but it’s a really great pillow. My neck pain is gone. I found that if I punch it down when I’m lay my head on it, it conforms perfectly. I did not remove any of the stuffing to adjust thickness because I’ve read reviews that said it took a lot of adjustments to get the filling correct, if they ever did. I was on the fence and considering a return but after the first week, I noticed a significant difference in my sleeping, so I decided to keep it and I’m not sorry I made that decision. I do wish it had more cooling effect, but still, overall, I like it and would buy it again.

Comfortable on the cooling side and soft, I love how adjustable the filling for the pillows are.they also make a perfect pillow for knee and leg support being a side sleeper.they also work great for back support. I used ones of my pillows up againt my back while sitting on the couch and it was wonderful. As someone who has gone through atleast 7 pillows in the last 2 years trying to find the perfect balance for my neck issues and lumbar issues and hot flashes these feel amazing

The greatest pillow ever created for side sleepers! No contest, game over! I've tried them all this is the perfect size, shape, softness and flatness, when comes with extra stuffing if you want it little thicker to match your preference

I LOVE this pillow! I’m a side sleeper and have been looking forever for the right pillow for me and this is it! I love that it comes with more filler - though I didn’t use it. It’s comfy and fluffs up to what you need. I mostly love the cool side and I wish both sides were cool. I bought an extra pillow case for it that fits perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because the silk liner started getting a run and has torn open after a year of average use. I didn’t add extra filling nor do I fluff it up usually. With a 3” hole in the seam I now have lots of mini foam pieces falling out when I take the main pillow case off to wash. I hate to toss it but don’t have much of a choice. I absolutely love this pillow but only one year of use makes it a bit costly to keep replacing. :(
