Cool little lighter!

I have a friend who owns one of these and took it with us on a canoe outing in the boundary waters. I was impressed by how well it sparks and its ability to light fire starters. I bought one this past week for a boy scout outing and was impressed by how easy it is to use. It is definitely easier to use than a ferro rod.

Got my Exotac today, cool little device, and I mean little, it’s very small, but should be easy to carry. The wheel is not easy to turn, and not with one hand. No extra flints, you have to buy those. Just the tender. It’s a cool item, but not worth $29.99. Should be $9. It is well made, but could be a little bigger.

Workmanship excellent, one issue of tinder is included and stores in body. Expensive, should have included a dozen tinders . Tested on cotton ball and vaseline, took three trys the first time (got to breakin the flint). Took two trys second cotton ball and one try on the third cotton ball.
