These piper legends appear to be excellent quality. They are solid and the color is spot on. Have not hit the rink yet with them but I will update on their performance when I am able.

Great wheel for Rink skating, very fast and attractive.
The Piper is a great quality wheel which I found to work well on painted/epoxy floors that can often be slippery. Fast and very attract as I get a lot of compliments onnthem.

These aren’t for Rookie skaters
Lots of negative comments from the noobs that don’t know you need a press when you start using better wheels.Just because you don’t know how to use something the right way don’t blame the company try looking up what needs to be done.With that said I have all 4 colors of these wheels and I love them.
