Not laminar
Was hoping to be able to use this for mycology work, but the airflow is not really laminar. It blows a little too hard imo. It may work fine, but its nothing like my actual laminar flow hood. Then again, that cost me almost a grand, so this may be worth trying if you are on a super tight budget, or if you were using this for anything that's not quite so delicate as working with agar plates or something.

It works I guess?
This thing looks like it would be cool at first, in theory this box would be pretty simple but it’s not a smooth air flow. The air comes out feeling… rough? And the box is loud and sounds constrained. This might work for working on phones, but anything that requires a more delicate, consistent air flow I would stay away.
