You can actually swallow this one! It’s a slim tab and even kind of slides down your throat as opposed to the calcium tablets that seem like you’re trying to ingest chalk. It is plant based which I think makes a lot of sense. I’ve been using it for several years and I’m very pleased.

I take this with vitamin C to help absorption.. This brand has been great for me and bone strength.

this product arrived with the lid in pieces. I trust that the contents were not affected. I do use New Chapter Calcium and am very happy with the product. I am requesting a new lid for this large bottle of calcium, not sure that they will be the ones reading this review.

I’ve been buying this brand calcium with vitamin D for years, on my blood work comes out perfect on my calcium, I like the slim tabs, easy to swallow. They even have small round tablets for people that want smaller. I would suggest buying this product.!

Take these daily and my bone density has not decreased since taking it (2 years).

I have been taking this product for over 20 years. Up to now at 80 years old my bone density report is still above normal.
