Wanted a natural nootropic for a while now that wasn't as stimulating as caffeine. Been a fan of vitalityPRO now for a while, so thought I'd give their Alpha GPC a go. I know, of course, that everyone is different but did this work! All the benefits of caffeine with none of the drawbacks and I got in a solid 6 hours of uninterrupted work, which for me is a complete game changer! No crash either. Will be cycling it with other nootropics but overall I'm a very happy camper.

Why has this got lead, mercury, arsenic and cadmium in it? Yes it's a small quantity but why is it in this supplement? Also you are based in Yorkshire but where is this manufactured, china? This appears to be a high quality supplement. It's well-packaged and comes with a leaflet, explaining how to use and the potential benefits. It's early days for me but I have noticed a mild stimulant effect, which I'm happy with. The capsules are standard size, with no discernible taste or smell, so they're easy to take. Depending on how you choose to dose, you are getting either a 45 or 90 day supply, so I think it's reasonably priced. My only hesitation in recommending is that I'm seeing information online relating to a potential link between elevated GPC levels and breast cancer. I would like to see this addressed in the listing, and if there is a risk for women taking it then that should be acknowledged. I am not a doctor, nor qualified to make medical claims, so anything I've said is based entirely on my own opinion and some basic research.

these definitely work. i’ve used them before going to the gym and had deep focus allowing me to have better workouts. my son also has taken them before a football match and noticed he is mentally more in the zone.

Says third party tested but that was years ago, second time trying this supplement over the course of the year. Seemed ineffective and weak compared with other brands. I’ve been taking this for 10 years on and off and this is one of the worst. I’m happy to engage with supplier to discuss but very underwhelming.

I've been using & repurchasing their Alpha GPC for a while now for the following reasons: 1. I find it effective & worthwhile personally - I'm very happy with my focus/attention on this (daily, 2 capsules), have been absorbing more details and feel that I'm picking skills up faster & more mentally and verbally agile. This is just 'feel' rather than data & might not be the same in all cases - e.g. a bad night's sleep would wipe out all these benefits. But for me, it does a good job. 2. Quality & value for money - on their website they publish their 3rd party testing certificate, showing it is what it's claimed to be. Following this, it is priced competitively, for me it's a no-brainer to choose a supplement company that proves the quality of its products. Quite refreshing finding a brand not trying to mug you with a bad quality/low-dosed product for a premium price, or with a good product for an ultra-premium price, just straightforward good stuff for a fair price!

This may do some good as there is some evidence for the benefits of Alpha GPC supplements. I haven't noticed any big improvements to cognitive function but nor I have noticed any bad side effects. These capsules are quite easy to swallow.
