Attractive, good quality book with great content to support your SW journey
A good quality, attractive food diary - with useful content well laid out and easy to use. This will definitely help me to stay on track during my SW journey and I’ll be ordering another copy before I get to the end of the 12 weeks.Update 6.4.20 - have just had my next copy delivered so I have it ready to start using as soon as I finish the first. As anticipated this is a great food diary which is definitely helping me stay on track as I continue my SW journey. The daily record sheets are the most useful feature especially the numbered boxes down the side of the page so you can quickly see where you are in respect of syns that day.Update 13.09.20 - have purchased my third copy of this very useful food diary as I continue my SW journey. Close to target now but will continue to use the food diary for the next 3 months at least.

Amazing
Such a great product.I actually got 15 weeks worth fo food diary in my book.Pages are amazing quality and the design if the book is really good. Cant wait to start using mine.Ordered and was delivered the next day, even though it said delivery time 7 days.

Fantastic little food diary. Very SW friendly
I ordered this book as i had ran out of SW food diaries and wanted to keep writing everything down. It's a great little book and really helps you to remember all the little syns you've had during the day. There's plenty of room to write down your meals, and little extras for drinks, sleep and steps etc. There are pages for tracking weight loss and motivational sections to remind you of your goals. Will definitely buy again, and may also gift to other slimmers.

Great journal and suitable for slimming world followers! Cost a bit more than some journals but you get what you pay for in my opinion.

Super organised little diary 5*
Absolutely great for supporting healthy eating, it really gives you focus and doesn’t let you hide from yourself! The book is much better quality than I thought it would with lovely colours inside. I like the daily pages which even includes a to do list to keep me organised mentally and physically. Will be purchasing again when this one runs out.
