Had high hopes for this pill cutter. Design is flawed however as you can half a pill but if you go to quarter a pill while closing the guides it will cause the half to rotate and make it impossible to cut the half in half. The design of the guides is such that as you turn the dial to close the guides each one moves in opposite direction and will rotate the pill while closing. The design appears to be like a vise but a vise closes together and both guides stay in position while closing. This design the guides each move in opposite directions watch videos to see.

My tiny dog has to take pills that have to be split from tiny human pills. This splitter makes splitting the tiny pills perfectly into 2 halves and can split multiple pills at the same time. It's a life saver. I couldn't accurately cit pills using a knife without the pills not being evenly cut in half or the pills shooting out into space! It is making it easy to give my dog the correct dose.It is great on human pills too.

Lining pills up takes time if a deeply scored pill. Otherwise, it's GREAT

This pill splitter is easy to use, good quality/value and splits nicely. I love the fact that I can load more than one tablet at a time and get things done quicker. I wish I had known about it 40 years ago! I highly recommend it.

Like that you can split more than 1 pull at a time and adjustable for all shapes and sizes. Rubber arms keep pills from moving.

I only tried using it once. It did not perform to my expectations; however, it may be my pills are junk and not the fault of the slicer. When /if I try on different medications, I'll post another review.
