These turkey strips have nice flavor although I could not get them to crisp like regular bacon. But still the flavor was there. I prefer beef bacon but it is just too expensive.

The marbling gives soo much flavor and I thought the there might be a weird texture but I was so wrong. I cooked the slices in tue oven and they came out great!

10/10 would recommend in all shopping carts! It's a great alternative to pork bacon and its a good start to a healthier diet, because I love bacon for breakfast everyday!
