Great on its own, or mixed with other ingredients as a spicy salad dressing

This is an honest tasty hot sauce from Thailand with no ingredients like vinegar added to stretch it out and give a false flavour,its the same sauce you see all over Thailand and I highly recommend it as im a frequent visitor to south east asia and this is as good as you will find,its almost all pure chilli without the seeds,its great in sandwiches,stir fry,soup,anything really as it tastes 100% natural,i keep trying different pepper sauces but this is the one I keep coming back for again and again,there are a few variations of this item by different producers but Flying Goose beats the lot and its great value for money too.

Good but not as hot as I had hoped. Better than the standard hot version.

Another reviewer made the rather silly comment that this is a fake brand. It's not fake, just different. Rooster brand is a fine sauce but given the choice I'd take Flying Goose every time. The super hot one is especially good. Buy and enjoy!!
