Garage Door Opener Control Panel, Multi-Function Wall Keypad Button Replacement for 78LM, Wired

Replaced very old Genie wall switch / buttons that had become sticky with age. Easy to install and the large buttons are nice. Only complaint is the "Light" button does not work to turn the main opener lights. I did not take any stars away for that because it could very well be user error. It does exactly what I needed it to do and that's replace the older wall switch

Price was great and it does the similar job like other one. Installation was easy and build quality is ok. Best for the price.

For the price this was surprisingly well put together. Very simple does what I need

Original 2003 controller became unreliable. This unit successfully replaced the it. Just carefully remove the internal touch module with a flat edge screwdriver and connect to the wired panel. Light and lock buttons worked with no synch needed. Anyone with basic skills can install it. Looks nice on the wall.

The green LED light is not ON. I had to connect my own LED light to the two terminals, and I now have a brightly lit white button.

These are indistinguishable from the brand name. Except for the price. They worked perfectly, as expected, and were used as replacements for stock parts where the tabs holding the circuit board, and button, failed. Unfortunately this replacement part doesn't fix the brand name's flawed design, but as a one-to-one replacement they cannot be criticized. So, I will be buying more into the future. Recommended.
