Needing a case for a new camera, I searched through all sorts of photography sites for something suitable and of the right size for my needs. I finally came across this USA Gear one and took a chance and ordered it. Delivery was lightning fast, no sooner ordered than on my doorstep. The case itself turned out to be an extremely well made unit. The inside is soft, non scratchy material, the case itself is not spongy and soft but very well made and semi rigid. It will bend and flex but it will also protect the camera very well. Two mesh side pockets with elasticated tops are for storage (hope the elastic lasts). A soft pocket in the lid with a surprisingly loose elastic top is the only let down, anything like SD cards etc will, and do, easily slip out. It looks like I will have to tack a velcro strip along where the elastic is to make the pocket secure. The case easily fits my large DSLR camera and 18-270 zoom with room to spare for the strap to be folded on top (my camera with zoom is 170mm long). All in all, except for the pocket in the lid, a very well made bit of kit. It even has a rainproof cover which will slip over the case in the event of being caught in a downpour (this cover fits in one of the side pockets easily). Note to the manufacturer - Would I change anything? Yes, I would put zipped pockets on the sides rather than elasticated mesh ones and I would make the pocket in the lid more secure. Only niggles but they would make a great case perfect. That should knock a star off but the rest of the case is so well made I'm still giving it the full five stars.

Decent to use and beautiful colours

I purchased this camera case because I wanted a small, compact, carrying case to fit my Nikon D3100 when fitted with the standard lens 18-55mm.when I was out walking with the camera, that would provide some protection, and be waterproof. The bag is of a smart appearance, providing adequate protection, there is an internal velcro divider that can be adjusted to ensure the camera is held firmly inside the case, this leaves enough room on the other side of the divider to store a few small essential spares, batteries, lens cleaning equipment, phone. The base of the bag is constructed with a rigid plastic base, all materials look to be of good quality, good carrying handle and strap. It comes with a waterproof cover that's easy to fit over the complete camera bag. Very pleased with this bag that fits my requirements perfectly, particularly the fit for the camera and lens.

This is a very well made bit of kit. Comes with strap, extra padding, etc and is light and gives good protection to the camera. Why 4 stars?? I have a Canon 7D with a17-40 Lens attached, and as advertised it's a perfect for for them. BUT.....As most people I have a strap attached directly to the camera and it's a really snug fit for the camera and lens, but the there's no room for the strap. Yes I should have taken that in to account when buying, but assumed there would be a bit or wiggle room in it. I can only get the kit in with the strap dangling out the zip which isn't ideal. I can't recommend it if you have the same size kit.

Bright cooour universally appreciated by all who saw it. Good size and useful pockets. Handle, belt loop and shoulder strap plus waterproof cover. Excellent.

the neoprene is thin and flexible but strong and lined with soft napped non shedding material perfect to protect your camera, also comes with a handy little "raincoat" for the whole bag just in case the weather turns and you don't want your camera getting wet! Inside, there are no pockets, but there is a little moveable velcro divider. On the strap are little pockets perfect for spare batteries. strap is adjustable to wear across the body or as a neck strap. All round very happy with the purchase

I wanted a compact case for my Digital SLR camera. This stood out to me because of the design. It's just the right size for the camera with lens fitted. There's definitely not enough room for another lens. The waterproof cover was a godsend in a huge downpour, the camera kept totally dry. The construction is good quality and it's comfortable to wear.

I like the pattern & shape. Unfortunately it only just fits my DSLR camera in. So quite tight fit. But still handy and will use the case.
