Orthotic Shoe Insoles Arch Shock Absorption and Cushioning Comfort Shoe Insoles

I am on my feet all day, 7 days a week, both for work and at home. I'd made the mistake of purchasing a certain pair of shoes that just wrecked my feet. Started as plantar fasciitis and progressed to visible bruising and pockets of fluid on the bottom of my foot. I don't have flat arches or normally have issues, just damage from those shoes. I got new shoes, but couldn't take off work to really allow things to heal properly. I haven't had these inserts long but THEY HAVE HELPED SO MUCH. My feet are healing and I can be on them several hours before they really start to hurt. I noticed greatly reduced pain the first day I used them. They are thick, which means your shoes may be a bit tight vertically if they aren't already roomy, but it's worth it. The depth of the inserts is what makes these good. Good arch support too, they are a firm gel. Can be cut down to fit other shoe sizes easily but test before cutting, I cut them down to a shoe size one above mine to fit the shoe.

I’ve been having heel pain recently no matter what shoes I wear. These inserts helped majorly. They are made to be able to be cut to fit in your shoes. The insoles have lines at the toe to help guide your cut and give you the perfect fit. I love that the insole isn’t too thick. I’ve purchased other insoles that were so thick it made me feel like my foot was going to fall out of my shoe, these are perfect! They offer the perfect about of support for my arches and padding to avoid my heal pain.

Super soft and good cushion. I bought this insole for my mom, who is 70 and need soft inserts for all her shoes. She can walk longer distance with this insole. You can easily cut it to the size you want. The quality is very good. Worth every penny.

No support, worst inserts I have ever owned.Besides my feet hurting, I had a horrible back ache and my leg muscles were sore. I pulled them out and put my old ones back in the next day and everything was fine.

I don’t review products and I am skeptical when I read reviews because they don’t seem authentic. I have tried numerous OTC orthotics and had custom orthotics made by a podiatrist. They all hurt my feet. The rigid arches on orthotics force your feet into a position that they aren’t ready for. These orthotics have a smaller softer arch. I cross country ski and I tried them today. They were perfect. You may have to trim them but use a current insole as a template and it’s no big deal.

Good but get your shoes a half size bigger. Even after taking out existing souls, it made the shoe fit tight where they were not comfortable. The supports of the inserts is great!

Great supportive insoles! I walk up to 8 miles at work, every day in boots. These make my feet hurt much less.
