The instructions for this product are terrible, right off the bat it says to attach the brackets to the shelves, however there's no pre-drilled holes, so you better have a drill and hope you line it up right, which I managed to do. Also, there seem to be more parts than needed in the box, so it's unclear what's what. Now it tells you to measure and drill holes in your wall to match the size of the "expansion tubes", what size drill? Well, I guess that's for me to figure out again, but after starting small and working my way up I got them to fit in the sheetrock pretty well. Time to mount the shelves it says using the long wood screws, but after trying to put something on them, they fall, looks like those expansion tubes have no thread. Maybe I messed up, but instructions were no help, starting with the fact I had to drill my own holes just to mount brackets to the shelf, which seems like it should've been done at the factory.

This shelf came with tools, a small level and a screw driver. The board had pre-marked holes for two different positions. Very pleased with the ease of installation.

It installed fine, came with instructions and all things needed — only issue is i installed 3 in serial and one bends a little, so all three are not at perfect 90 degree. I could not figure out why one has bend but rest it did the job. It could be how I installed or the bar is not perfect 90 degree

Everything seems to be sturdy but I opened the box and there was only 2 brackets and it needs 4. I purchased this and didn't set it up right away so unfortunately I can't return it now.

Very easy to install, they look great, and they do a fantastic job at holding everything! The material is also great for in the bathroom and seems to resist moisture!

Used it to mount my Router and was big enough to hold it and very sturdy. I mounted mine upside down and holds up well.

The shelves have a plastic feel and thus will not need a protective coating on it. They anchors the come with are cheap and I can predict you that if you out the weight as advertised on it, it will probably come out of the wall. I use my own anchors to do the job. I rated these shelves only a 3 out of 5 because: 1) they are flimsy if you put weight on the edge and so not so sure it will hold the weight advertised and 2)i t makes no sense to have a white shelf with jet black brackets. I had to spend money and time painting the brackets and screws. I almost did not buy these because of the contrast in the white shelf and the black brackets but decided to do so, thinking it would not be too hard to paint the metal brackets. Wrong! If you are putting very light objects on it and if you buy some better rated anchors, then this will be fine for you.
