This notebook helped me to focus on gratitude, my priorities and learning everyday.

It’s early days for me practising positive affirmations but this book lays it out really well with structure! I also partnered my purchase with self affirmation cards and the two work really well together. I woke up with the ‘Monday blues’ today but used the book for the first time and already I feel it’s switched my way of thinking!! Would highly recommend ⭐️

I am enjoying using my journal

I received this as a gift and appreciated it, so wanted to gift it back. But my (original) version included an intro to explain how to use the journal, which this one unfortunately lacked.

This is the second gratitude journal I’ve purchased from the seller - I purchase another elsewhere but it didn’t offer so many thought provoking sections to comment on. The book is well made and the cover is very solid. I have kept the last one and look forward to keeping this next one after it’s complete. I’ll definitely continue to buy as aside from it making sure I practise self gratitude every day it also makes for a beautiful memoir 🙏🏻❤️
