Perfect! Bought this for our office room to double up as a guest bedroom and a carpenter built and fit this for us as a Murphy bed cabinet. Arrived quickly with delivery updates every set of the way. Works perfectly and looks great. Not too heavy to lift up or put down. Sturdy structure and guests have said it’s comfy (got mattress from elsewhere). Would 100% recommend I’m very pleased with the purchase

Once correctly assembled, has to be securely to both wall and floor, the bed works extremely well. It easily raises up and down and serves the purpose of creating space where needed.

I am really pleased with this wall bed. It is being used in my guest bedroom. All my guests have found it really comfortable. I bought the mattress from elsewhere.It is great for a multi-purpose room. It is very easy to fold up and down. It seems well built.It took a couple of hours to put together. There was a helpful video along with the written instructions.The only issue we have found was the lack of a headboard. The bed comes out a long way from the wall, leaving a large gap.

This company has, by far, the greatest customer service ever. From the time I first started asking questions about the bed to getting my order to me and then, with my most recent request for an extra strap to hold the pillows in place (which they are kindly sending me free of charge), they have been extremely helpful. I purchased the Small Double Vertical Classic direct in their sale and together with the 12" medium firm mattress, purchased here on Amazon, it is very comfortable. I have mine hidden behind sliding wardrobe doors and nobody knows its' there until the doors are opened and it is pulled down for use. Excellent!! Now I can't just throw all my 'stuff' on the bed and have nightmares trying to clear it for use. The people that installed it for me thought that it might be a little heavy for me to pull down, as I am now 80 years old and very short and have disabilities, so they took one of the pistons off, in order to make it easier for me and it is now no problem for me to use at all. My daughter has recently stayed with me and swears she had a better sleep than she has had for years. I'm very happy and I highly recommend this Company and their beds.
