I absolutely love having an extra battery! I have multiple ring doorbells and it seems like I am having to recharge all of the batteries every couple of weeks, so it is very nice to have an extra one on hand! It provides me with a peace of mind that my house will never go unsecured.

Bought for my mom first charge only lasted a week. But second is now on 2 months.Ok the second charge has been holding great. Customer service was reaching out because I said I had a problem, that’s good proactive support. Don’t buy the cheap one buy the original!

Sometimes you have to bounce the batter in the holder or wiggle it to get the full connection, but it works once you get the battery in there right. That said, if someone bumps it while charging then all bets are off.

Went with the name brand after looking at reviews for the look alike ones. No issues. I have 2 batteries. After replacing a dead one. I charge and store it til needs changed again. Last a good amount of time. I living in high traffic area so it gets tripped a lot. Change batteries maybe every 2 months.

Bought for extra battery for cam. Makes life easier, when batteries low i just switch them up and charge the next one.
