I could't believe the assortment of parts, including resistors, LED's, breadboard and display panel for such a reasonable price. This kit is perfect for experimenting and prototyping not only for the Raspberry Pi, but for a multitude of other electronic projects.

Good quality item for the beginners. Good gift along with RPi / Arduino for kids would be great.

Overall, great product. I've managed to build the first 3 projects with lots of issues. Hold on, let me explain. I opened the tutorial.pdf file that comes with the zip. It explained what you needed, but it would say Jumper Cable. That's it. However, on the other PDF it would say how many you need! The first PDF doesn't so you need to ensure you look at the diagram very carefully to ensure you have all the parts you need.I am really enjoying this. I keep modifying the programs to do different things such as - delay in on/off status, lighting different lights at different times, etc. It seems basic and trivial, but it is fun. The only issue I have, besides the one PDF, is that one of the pins on the items was bent. I used tweezers to straighten them out, but that's about it. Other than that, I would definitely purchase again.

The product is top shelf waerything I get from here is , the problem is that I get hacked so bad that I don’t to enjoy the product . As soon as I put together the raspberry pie the awaiting hacker will destroy it. But It is a great product at a very good price.

Everything else was fine. I bought this mainly for the LCD. Typically these boards are already on the included I guess they wanted to save a few cents. Ordering a new LCD delaying my fun a couple days.

The box came in with all the parts neatly arranged inside. Everything is easily identifiable. All of the chips came preset on the breadboard for extra protection. Quite the smart move on their part! The motor did arrive with a broken connection. I contacted Freenove and they sent out a replacement part the same day.

Really good product but like other dev jobs it takes lots of practice to get some knowladge out of this set.Product is missing 3 main component. I suggest order a full set if you are a beginner

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Wirklich eine sehr gute Zusammenstellung von Testschaltungen und Programmen. Damit gelingt der Wiedereinstieg leicht. Am Anfang musste ich etwas rumfummeln, da es eben alles sehr klein gehalten ist. Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell dran. Mach mir Freude und ich kann mich wieder in Elektrotechnik einarbeiten und noch dazu lernen mit den entsprechenden Programmen. Sehr hilfreich, da der Einstieg wirklich langsam statt findet und gut nachvollziehbar ist für alle.

Fantastic kit with equally brilliant tutorials. Everything needed (except a Raspberry Pi: any will do, from the Pi Zero upwards) is provided, but the star of this kit are the lovingly and expertly crafted tutorials.Two well designed manuals, 206 pages and 129 pages each and written in competent English, teach everything from setting up the Raspberry Pi (including some tips that even I didn't know after 8 years of using one) through controlling LEDs using a web page to eventually creating a Tetris-like game on the desktop using electronic components. Lessons include both Python (beginner friendly and the most common language used on the Pi) and C (for more experienced programmers).Each tutorial is lovingly created, easy to follow and supported by a code links: you can simply download the entire code and tutorial package and run it on your Pi. The progression of lessons is perfect: you start with the electronic-equivalent of "Hello World!" using a blinking LED and soon you have a Pong-like tennis game app on your Pi which you are controlling using the potentiometers included in the kit.For the price I'm astonished at the effort that's been put in here. Great for parents to follow through with kids would also be very suitable to use in educational establishments with just a little more polishing of the English, but it is very readable nonetheless.
