Within than less than a year ; not functioning ; tried to seek help but didnt get help afterwards. Ex n not worth to invest. Is there anyone can help to rectify ?

This Oral-B iO Deep Clean electric toothbrush has been a noticeable upgrade to my daily oral care routine. The brush feels solid and high quality in hand, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the design. leaps and bounds above Pro 2 2000 in comfort, including quieter lot less mechanical sound. pressure sensor works great to maintain optimal pressure. lets see how does the new movement affect cleaning.

Purchased for my son. He loves this unit. Charge lasts long and unit works well. Only thing is that the Bristols are different design so regular Bristols will not fit this unit Great value. Thank you!
