I purchased these to use inside gallon‑size reusable bags to separate food, and they work perfectly. Much better than wax paper, which sometimes sticks and has to be peeled off the food. These silicone mats are sturdy, flexible, and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

they work really well, virtually non stick and great for the oven. my son loves them because they mostly just wipe clean with a paper towel and theres no more aluminum foil to buy.

Wish they made a larger size for my large air fryer. They do work great to use like a liner. I air fry sweet potatoes on them and they keep the air fryer bottom clean. They are a little hard to clean and so stain.

I have a bunch of King Arthur sheet pans and have been looking for mats for them for a while now. They are not full sheet pan size but also not half. Apparently they are two-thirds size and these fit perfectly. They are easy to clean, heavy weight, and appear to be super high quality. I do a lot of baking and they are holding up well.

METHODOLOGY I used these liners in a semi-commercial capacity for a local farmers market season. THE GOOD Longevity: After a full season of heavy use, the mats are still intact. They have resisted cracking and peeling despite the weekly heat exposure. Release: They continue to perform well for sticky cookie dough, preventing the bottoms from burning or sticking to the pan. Value: Given the volume of baking I do, these have outlasted standard parchment paper costs significantly. THE BAD Sizing Specifics: It is important to note these are sized for "Jelly Roll" pans (typically smaller than standard baking sheets). If you use standard half-sheet pans, these will not cover the entire surface area. VERDICT These are a reliable workhorse for anyone doing high-volume baking who wants to move away from disposable parchment. They can handle a commercial workload, provided you match them to the correct pan size.

I love these liners and the quality is very apparent when you first open the package. Unfortunately, I should have measured the bottom of my Nordic Ware full sheet pan instead of depending on the measurements listed on its SKU sticker. My sheet pan is actually a full sheet, but the bottom is about an inch smaller than the top edges due to the slanted walls. It's never been an issue for me, but because of that this particular liner was just too large enough that it won't settle into the pan and lie flat. So, if you're interested in purchasing this liner, measure the bottom of your pan carefully to ensure this liner will fit - don't measure the top. The product description IS accurate, so their measurements are correct for their product. This line was also shipped very quickly and it's well packaged. You'll appreciate the quality and ease of cleaning. I didn't use this particular mat because I didn't remove it from the fitted packaging, only from the rolled packaging; but other liners by the same manufacturer have proven to be easy to use, easy to hand wash, even easier to pop in the dishwasher. Food doesn't stick, but balsamic vinegar that's been reduced will try to stay. That didn't matter because a quick swipe of the sponge will remove the balsamic as if it were just a shadow and not super sticky vinegar. Even bacon is easily rinsed from these liners! I guarantee you'll appreciate this liner and others like it. These liners are probably the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to making baking anything you want enjoyable, not to mention it's so simple to clean.

It works very well protecting the 9x9 toaster oven tray. I recommend it.

Die 25cm reichen für die meisten runden Backbleche aus - und diese Matten machen eine recht soliden Eindruck. Die ersten Tests bei gut 200°C haben sie auch mit Bravour bestanden - nach einem einfachen Abwischen sehen sie fast aus wie neu. Hoffen wir mal, dass das eine Weile so bleibt. Für uns ein perfekter Ersatz für das handelsübliche Backpapier, auf dessen Imprägnierungen wir ja gerne verzichten möchten...
