I had no trouble assembling this product. The instructions,ate in perfectly fine English and the diagrams and steps are,easy to follow. The bolts,and stuff are neatly packaged in plastic over a,cardboard back, clearly labeled. I did not need to watch any video.The inversion table looks great and is very strong. I only weigh 117 lbs, and it inverts and returns upright with ease. Its very well balanced. I've got it adjusted for my height and there's plenty of room to adjust it shorter or longer. This iis,a great product at an affordable price. I've only begun using it today but it handles easily.

I went to my chiropractor and explaned I can lay on my back with my feet hanging over my bed and my back cracks and it takes care of me for weeks. He suggested I buy this and sure enough whenever I need to adjust my back I get on it .OneNote, it’s not a cure all for everyone. I would consult your chiropractor first this unit is very inexpensive. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy.

I love the stretch helps with back pain also. The thing i like least is the looseness at the foot stand connection but works great for the price. That's why I gave four star instead of five

I recently had an episode of lower back pain that I hadn't had in years. I forgot how bad it felt and wanted to do something proactive this time around instead of just laying around in pain and taking meds for the pain.I have seen Restorative and Physical Therapy using inversion tables on patients and thought that it may be something worth trying.I saw this table on Amazon and the price was way better than what I was expecting to pay for a good inversion table.I ordered the Yoleo table and it arrived pretty fast.I then worried that at that price this might be some flimsy piece that will be wasted in a year or so, but no! This thing is great! It is well built and it is really easy to put together and set up. I was ready to give it a try in about forty minutes and I was just cruising putting it together.This thing is awesome! I could feel a difference the first time I got on it and inverted. I could feel a huge amount of relief in my lower back, like a gentle stretching and relief of compression and pain. I didn't want to overdo it so I just stayed about 3/4 inverted for about 5 minutes and it was amazing.Every day I go a little farther inverted and stay a little longer in that position and t is really helping with my pain.The table is sturdy and I really like how secure you feel in it. The ankles are firmly secured and you don't slide or move at all as long as you have the height adjustment correct and the ankles secured.I have only been using this thing for a week or so but I am so happy with this thing!I can honestly recommend this to anyone wanting to give inversion therapy a try.This table is well built and should last a long time.I have only one complaint and that is the little rod that acts as the limiter for how far you want to invert will sometimes fall out and I can't figure out how it is meant to stay secured in the frame of the table, but really, I don't ever need it. I just stop myself with the handles when I've reached how far I want to go. That is another thing I like about this table is the handles. You can even do this by yourself if you use the handles to bring yourself back upright.Really glad I took the chance and got this table, I think you will be glad you did too!

I had a pinched nerve in my back. Did a shot that lasted for a time and expensive. Did a chiropractor and that helped but you can’t stop. This table was very affordable and helps within minutes when needed. Very happy with this purchase.

This table is very sturdy, well constructed. Other inversion tables I've used before, you have to fight to get back upright, but the balance on this one is great. Let go of the handles and you will gradually come back upright.

I ordered the inversion table for my wife her back was bothering her and what a difference this makes after 1 inversion for 2 minutes she got some relief and was able to get up and down without hurting she has been using it twice a day for a couple days now and is feeling much better putting it together was rather simple, easy to use and works great and comfortable to lay on the fit is great with simple adjustment for height and it folds up when not in use we highly recommend this product
