This abdominal belt is well worth it. Very highly constructed, lightweight but extremely supportive and comfortable. I purchased with the hope that it would support a jiggly belly during exercise and it has exceeded my expectations. The two side waist adjustments help with back comfort as well as extra support. Don't hesitate, try this now. Definitely 5 stars. I ordered a large and it fits fine even tho I was on the higher end of the measurement scale range.

I have a horrible hiatal hernia and sciatica pain. I could barely walk. My stomach was so bloated, and the only thing I could think of to help was a C-section support belt. I needed something simple. Boy oh boy, was this a gift to give to myself. I would put it on first thing in the morning and take it off at night. It was so comfortable. It helped move my hernia. Yes, I wrapped it tight! I am now prepping for the surgery, but like all things insurance-related, it takes forever. I tried body suits, whatever...waste. This did exactly what I needed and will no doubt need for my back in the future. The quality is excellent. The velcro holds, and I did put it to the test. A bit complicated at first to put on, but that's on me because I tend to make things more difficult. As I said, I could wear it all day, and I live in the hot part of California! Very Breathable. Nailed in on Functionality!!!! If you have core pain...this is the way to go!

This garment really supports well, it’s material is durable but soft, and the sizing is correct.

I have a hernia that bothers me a lot. I bought this bandage to try out and I really don't regret it. It's firm, keeping me pain-free, doesn't tear easily like another product I bought previously, doesn't keep opening, and its adjustable straps make it much easier to put on. I washed it and it's still as good as new.Great price too.I recommend it.
