I ordered this lemon curd because of its reviews. Also, the photo shows that the curd is yellow and color. But when it arrived, it’s more of the color of applesauce or a beige bland color. This is problematic because I bought it specifically to be the yellow center of pastry flowers. I would’ve thought it was expired given the color but the lid says it’s still valid. Unfortunately it’s unable to be returned so I guess I’ll have to use it but it completely destroys the look of what I’m making. You can’t even tell there’s a center because it’s the same color as the pastry. Incredibly disappointed and will never buy it again.

Used this as filling for my homemade lemon Curd cupcakes. Nobody knew!
