Easy construction and stable. Multiple ways to build

I needed a quick temporary cage for 2 guinea pigs so I decided to purchase this one. I liked that the liner indicated it was water proof, the size, and it seemed like it would be well constructed. First, the liner is NOT waterproof. I had some layers on the bottom before the liner, but a bunch of urine soaked through to my wood floors and has left a large black stain. Second, the instructions have you put the cage together so that the panels are facing the wrong way. The problem is that then you can't clip the liner to the grids as pictured. Comparing the instructions to the Amazon image, the grids are facing the opposite way. I was following the instructions and did not realize this until I was done and attempting to clip the liner. This was an annoyance but I was willing to get past it until I found out that the liner is useless. That is really what caused me to give only 1 star. Just buy something else with a better liner and avoid the headache.

easy to assemble. i had doubts about the lining but its working great

I really like how easy it was to assemble, it’s the perfect size for my two guinea pigs. The only thing that I didn’t like was how the lining is very flimsy and not very sturdy. But we made it work.

Delivery came on time but was missing 1 panel and all the hardware to put it together. Unusable product.Edit to add- the customer service is amazing. Right after posting my review they contacted me and gave me a few different options to make it right immediately. Thank you so much

Listen to all those that complain about the liner not being urine proof. It messed up my new floors in my home I just moved into. Not cool at all. This company still hasn’t corrected it what a lie they advertise

The box only contained the cage pieces and the mat was not included. The cage is okay. Not super stable but I want expecting much there. I needed the cage right away so I didn't have the option of returning it for a complete set with mat as was advertised.
