These are great cameras for the price! Super clear image, with just a bit of wide-angle distortion. We lost one to lightning, but definitely wanted the same model replacement. Super easy setup. POE works great.

Great customer service! Camera died after 10 months, but seller replaced it for free. I never had a problem with the original camera until it died. It actually worked pretty well and had great picture quality. Nice features for a sub $100 PTZ camera.

At first it was like impossible to get this working properly (using most features) was able to get VCA working on NVR with line crossing and intrusion. Not the best 4K video but for price point and share limit of mini ptz on the market I will settle

Good build; all metal construction. Color night vision and IR sensors are very good. image sensor seems high quality. Software is okay; it does not have anything automated for zoom or anything which is unfortunate. The wdf setting isn’t very good and I can’t tell the difference between starlight on and off. I can confirm it plug and play works with hiseeu, Seetong and hikvisoon nvrs for recording and motion tracking which is all I needed. It does not have cross line or perimeter invasion detection.

El producto no me gusto, tuve que devolverla porque la imagen era muy mala, 4K no se notaba, el PTZ era lento, no tenia para micro SD por lo que te obligaba a compar un DVR si o si. No es un producto original de marca.

Yeah good camera but a little fragile and noisy. Grinds a lot when ptz is moving. Mount this thing somewhere solid and permanent and don't man-handle the inside of it. Basically leave it alone and it will endure the worst conditions you can throw at it. I've had mine since November 2024. The only problem is the common issue all acrylic domes suffer from. Hazy plastic or mild condensation. It only complicated infrared or dim lit areas. But this is moderately customizable. With tons of useless settings to keep you entertained. With a competitive price tag. I felt it was necessary to give it five stars. Being that it has lasted me over a year. Mine is a little beat up but runs just as well as it did when I got it.

Update: 20251128: Got it to stream in VLC but the picture quality is very poor. There is a 5 second delay when motion occurs and the image moves on the screen. The image distorts a lot as the bitrate fluctuates. Takes many seconds for the image to return to normal after movement stops. Its past the return window of 30 days so I can't return it. Sent a message asking if there were any setting to get it to work with Reolink software but didn't hear back. Original Post: The picture quality is good but the image stutters and freezes. Still playing with the settings. I've set it up using Advent DVR through through Opera GX. We shall see...
