If you live in a building with people below you, they're a must have if you have workout equipment! I didn't really have much faith in these little pads but I was wrong! I bought them to reduce the amount of noise my downstairs neighbor heard from me during my workouts on my new mini stepper. I usually workout on my stepper for an hour at a time and my neighbors would start banging on their ceiling--it was annoying to say the least. As soon as I placed these under my stepper, I haven't heard a peep out of my neighbors since I bought these a few months ago.

These are great! I My treadmill on a pad but didn't think that was enough support for the floor so these were a great addition under the four corners! I've had them for months and they're keeping their shape really well!!
