I am totally whole food plant based since 2013. I have white coat high blood pressure (benign). Dr. Michael Klaper has me take magnesium for my blood pressure. I started taking Raw Barrel Magnesium pills in 2018, one at breakfast and one at night, and have taken them for 4.5 years now.

I tried these as a last ditch effort to help with debilitating migraines I've had for several years, along with other supplements and diet changes. When I start to sense one coming on, I take two of these and it so far (knock on wood) has been able to shut them down fairly well. They were a good value for the money, and I will definitely be keeping these on hand from now on.

So far so good. No side effects. Easy to swallow. Even though a bit large.

These are really great because they are in a capsule form, not the horse pills other companies are selling. The dosage is perfect as well! Instead of taking 2 huge pills, I take 1 capsule. Came quickly, will buy again!
