10GTEK 25G SFP28 SFP+ SR Transceiver, 25GBase-SR Duplex LC MMF Optical Module for Mellanox MMA2P00-AS, 850nm, DDM, up to 100m

I bought both Mellanox and Intel versions and they seem to be interchangeable. Both work with 25gbe NICs from both brands. Both work with QNAP switches. Neither can work with a NETGEAR sfp+ switch in 10Gbe mode, even though I had another 10G copper adapter from 10GTek that worked with SFP28 NICs.

This spf 28 adapter work as it suppose to be. Package is welled packed. I ordered for Mellanox card and it work fine. I don't know if it work with other.

I've generally had success with 10GTek SFP modules in my Ubiquiti gear, but this one is an exception. I bought 2 of these SFP28 modules, and both have issues in my USW-Pro-Aggregation on FW version 6.2.14. They will link up, but the initial link takes minutes, and then the link will go down every few minutes and renegotiate. I bought some Fiber Mall SFP28 modules, which work flawlessly. When I use a Fiber Mall SFP28 in my Ubiquiti switch, and one of these 10GTek modules in my Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx NIC, the connection between them is stable. I'm only deducting one star since this may be an isolated incompatibility.
