Harry Potter 20 ABS Trunk Carry-on 4-Wheel Brown Rolling Luggage

I ordered this suitcase last week and received one that was missing a rivet and had some odd strings poking out around the top. I sent in for a replacement, and when I finally got that today, the strap inside wasn't even stitched in. It was just sitting broken in the middle of the suitcase. I tried to get another replacement and was told I'd have to reorder it and that they'd refund me, but unfortunately my flight leaves before the third try would arrive. The quality control of this suitcase is lacking immensely.

I am torn between 2 and 3 stars… it is NOT as hard sided as I thought. It flexes a ton!! Very flimsy. But. It rolls well, the handle is solid and zippers work smooth. It is a hard side material but thin material. I do not expect this to last long. My only hope is that since it does flex a lot, it may bend with an impact instead of breaking. It’s worth a shot if you get it on sale but do not pay full price. The only reason it is not being returned is my son really wants it. That’s it

My daughter loved it. Fits more than expected, and I thought it a little more on the bigger end in terms of size for onboard luggage, but no airlines had issues with it so far. The wheels could be a little less stiff though, as my 11-year old sometimes has a hard time pushing it, specially if we have to move quickly.

The print is way over to the left side of the suitcase. It was pretty disappointing that they could not have centered it as in the picture, However this is a large item and I did not want to send it back. I needed it for a trip we were going on the very next day. Love the case itself but i don't see why they could not center the image.
