My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves the bingo games in here. Been a great way to get her to practise her words whilst having fun. The word searches are a bit big for her really - she loses interest quite quickly. All the pages are just in black and white, not as it appears on the front cover, but easy to photo copy. Although you could make the bingo cards easily yourself.

This is certainly worth the money for the Bingo game itself. I have used it with my year 3/4 class to supplement the teaching of high frequency words and the children really enjoy it. You do need to colour in the games yourself as they are all black and white, but I rather enjoyed this!!! Note this is a US publication and the font used is an arial style so a may not conform to comic sans type of handwriting style used for most children at this level.

EXCELLENT, LOTS OF FUN AND DIFFERENT IDEAS FOR LEARNING SIGHT WORDS. MY LITTLE BOY WAS GETTING BORED JUST USING FLASHCARDS. HE REALLY ENJOYED THE WORDSEARCHES, HE DIDNT EVEN REALISE HE WAS READING AT THE SAME TIME AS FINDING THE WORDS.

Great pack for classroom use. Other teachers keep pinching it!

サイトワードのワークブックが欲しいと思い、これを注文して見ました。実際使って見ると、小さなミニ絵本を作ってそれを読んだり、ビンゴゲームができたり、マトリックスの表の中から単語を見つけ出すゲームができたりと楽しく単語を覚えられる教材でした。カードに"R"と"S"が上の方に小さくかいてあり、読めたらRにまるでスペルがカードを裏返して書けたらSにまるをするというオリジナルに作成できるカードがちょっとおもしろいと思いました。単語の一覧シートがあり各単語の達成した日付を書くようになっていて、どの単語をどれだけ覚えられたかが一目瞭然になるのもおもしろいと思いました。この表は大きく拡大コピーをして壁に貼ってあります。日付と供にシールを貼ったりして楽しみながら単語を覚えていこうと思っています。

I've used this book in a small private school and homeschooling, both for Kindergarten. There's 10 lessons and we spent two weeks per lesson. At the end of 20 weeks, your child should know all the beginning sight words they'll need in reading. I taught this in conjunction with phonics instruction, because this book only teaches 100 SIGHT words.

This workbook was wonderful, with games (like word BINGO), fill in the blanks, flashcards (you had to cut them out) and many, many different types of excercises that made the learning of sight words fun and engaging. My money was well spent.

It was exactly what I wanted and was in good condition.

This book was very close to common core (not exactly the same) and was just the ticket to get my 5 year old to start reading. There were enough different types of activities to suit any mood and we were very happy with the results.

I got this book because I had used and re-used my friend's copy and just figured it would serve me well to just purchase my own copy. I use it all the time.

I am very pleased with the format of the activity pages for sight words! Saves me time and my home schooled students enjoy them as well!

This is fine for what it is. I guess I was hoping it would be just a little more as far as activities go. This is reproducible from online sources.

Not a helpful resource for teaching reading

Clean, neat, as advertised, and received promptly. Excellent price. Only thing that could have better was shipping cost...but with the excellent price it evened out.
