Use it every time I work out. Good product, no bloating or upset stomachs. I personally mix it with a glass of water and it mixes well. Good American product that's worth the money.

Obviously there’s not much to say about this product other than it’s supposed to be as advertised, “It’s Just Creatine Monohydrate Powder” so as far as that goes, it’s a great product. But I’d disagree with a lot of commenters on this being tasteless. It’s not tasteless. It has a slightly bitter after taste. BUT it’s easily covered when mixed with something that has flavor in it. Mix it with just about anything other than water (I like putting it in my coffee in the morning) and you’re golden. It mixes pretty fast, leaving absolutely no clumps or residue in your cup. It’s a great value for the money and I’ve only been using it for a week and it’s already taking effect. So it must absorb in the body really well. A+ on effectiveness. It’s also odorless in my opinion. The only con (other than its slight bitter taste) is that it’s a very very fine powder. So it quite easily gets everywhere when you scoop it from the bag. Just take it slow and I’d suggest using something like a teaspoon or smaller as a secondary tool to knock some of the powder off the measuring cup in the bag before taking it out of the bag. That’s all I can think of. Will be buying again soon.

I've always loved this brand. its great to have a re sealable bag and scoop. there is absolutely no taste as expected and works instantly for me. i do not mix this in a glass, i just take a scoop and throw it back with some water to mix in my mouth so i cant review on how well it mixes. will be buying again

No fillers, no flavors, dissolves very well in water. Value priced and performs as advertised.

I find this creatine to be quite good. It dissolves really well and leaves hardly any residue. Just gotta be a bit careful when serving it since it comes in a bag, but that's fine. Plus, it's a good price.

I love that this product is made in the USA, is 3rd party tested and is just Creatine Monohydrate, no fillers. I have never taken this supplement before and wish I had known about the benefits of taking Creatine it sooner. I mix it with my yoghurt and now that I am a month in I noticed my energy increase within the first week. I do feel like I am thinking more clearly and I am more motivated to get chores done after a long day than I have in the past. I will be reordering.

Received product today. Has no taste at all, but has a fishy smell. It definitely makes you thirsty, so drink lots of water! It mixes fairly well, and definitely is a good amount for how cheap it is. So far, my only complaint is my stomach hurting slightly, but that could be all the water.

Love the simplicity of this product. It's easy to mix in my coffee. I don't have a lot of experience with creatine, but this seems like a solid product and good value for the money. I've already bought it again and would recommend it to others.
