Perfect fit on my front door!
It was so easy to install I did this myself it only took about 15 minutes. Great quality looks great! And I love that it came with three keys.

Looks good, strong and easy installation
I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. Strong, solid and easy to install. I have never installed a door knob before. But I did it quite easily. I definitely recommend.

Tongue piece is too big to fit
The lock looked pretty nice. However, I got a big trouble during the installation. The tongue piece is too big to fit the hole on the door. It took quite a while and lots of effort to remove the extra wood. I was able to figure it out after more than half an hour. It is not a very pleasant experience. But it looks good and worked well after installed.

Perfect and super easy to install

Everything is opposite.
Everything about this door knob is opposite after it's installed. The key goes in upside down and the lock thing is horizontal, which is usually the unlock position, instead of vertical, which is usually the lock position. So I used parts from my old door knob with this one to make it work right since I was in a time crunch to put the new door knob in. I honestly read and reread and reread again the instructions and followed them to a T. I could have used it as being "opposite" but that's not what I paid for. If I had enough time I would have returned it and paid more to buy a different one that was correct.
