I bought this tent as a spare - I've had more than a few tent disasters in 60 years of camping ! I liked the easy pitching and re-packing and the bit of extra room and height the tent offered over the undo-and-throw varieties. I will be camping again soon and will probably actually use this tent as my lodging for overnight or short stays and for longer stays I will stay serenely calm in the full knowledge that I have this 'spare' in the event of disasters !I also love the extra feature of the extra canopy, either attached to or separate from the tent itself - and I will probably use it with a larger tent as well. Well thought out and should appeal to many solo or two-up campers.

The tent was very easy to put up, but however that was the only good thing about it. All the seams are sealed but the tabs you use to roll up the curtain had been stitched over the seam so when it rained the water just poured in through the stitch holes. There is no zip at the bottom of the doors so the rain and wind also came in . When you open the door rain on the canvas drips right into tent . I would avoid this tent unless you can guarantee there will be no rain.

Leaks and can be cold, has a number of poor design areas. Easy to assemble but not even worth the money unless you don't plan on sleeping in it.

The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed in this tent. The size, the space inside, the idea of a canopy is great. But, the minimum basics of what a good tent needs, it does not meet:- the 2 main doors either side of the tent do not zip at the bottom of the tent. There is no zip and the bottom or anything to secure it. So if it’s windy/rainy everything will be going inside of the tent. This is a massive fault and makes no sense why any tent producer would miss extending the zip to fully enclose it!- the ground sheet has not been added. The bottom of the tent is as thick as the main body of the tent. I highly doubt it’s water or damp proof which you would get when camping outdoors.I could get a separate ground sheet (although not ideal as would add more weight to already heavy tent), but there is no way I can fix the gap at the bottom of both doors. How someone thought it’s a good design is beyond me. In stronger winds and rain, it wouldn’t just get wet inside but the tent would probably take off!

When my tent arrived the awning was missing. It was an amazon warehouse deal so I wasn't expecting much anyway.I put the tent up, which is very easy for one person.However as per the other reviews, the door bottom doesn't zip up and the rainfly seems not sufficient to cover the top of the tent where the ventilation is.Wind and rain will blow in easily.I returned it on the basis that the awning was missing.The tent however is a good size and you can almost stand up in it.That's the only good points I guess.I'm surprised at Overmont as I have several of their products and they're all very well designed and made.Not in this case though.

Amazing tent. We use it in the winter on the beach. So easy to put up and take down.

I bought this tent earlier in the year ready for going away. I decided to test it in the garden and am so pleased I did. We had a mildly wet, no wind type of day. It leaked everywhere. There were puddles all over the place inside. Really surprised when the description shows as 3000mm water resistant.Pity about this as it is an easy tent to put up and take down and that's why it got one star.
