Earlier this year I took my car to one of the local car parts stores to have an error core read. The guy plugging in the code reader was a little heavy handed and actuallu broke the OBDII connector off the dash. Yeah, I was super angry. Needledd to say, they paid to have it repaired at the dealer (it wasn't cheap) but I figure something like this would have prevented this from happening in the first place. In the future I will use this extension for connecting to the OBDII connector every time a connection needs to be made there.
