Firstly, five stars to Kent combs for the service. The comb arrived several days ago (the day after my order) and I'm still awaiting the rest of my delivery from Amazon. The comb is made in Italy, shatter proof, comes with a lifetime guarantee and costs just over £2, so there's not much to dislike. Except in the hand, it's a little lightweight and the teeth of the comb are slightly sharp. I can't really fault it though. I just think, this could be the way to compete with these mega-companies like Amazon; have a small specialised product option and offer excellent service like that given by Kent combs.
