Good bulbs
Good for the money. I don't use them for long periods of time so can't comments on longevity yet! But colour, brightness is exactly what I needed.

Bright, but not that bright.
Good lamps with good colour rendition. I'm not sure about the brightness levels though as there is no obvious change between these and a lower power set. My Canon cameras don't see a difference either as none of the automatic settings changed between lamp types. I always allow five minutes for these to warm up as well. Overall they are worth buying and much cheaper to use than filament type 'photo flood' luminaries.

Huge bulbs, amazing light
the brightness and colour of these bulbs is amazing. The plastic base body is large, so check that these will fit in your fitting, but the quality of light us incredible. It's like being in the midday summer sun. Forget a SAD light system, fit one of these (if you can wedge it in) and enjoy light therapy.

Shocking
For someone who have never experienced 135 watts it will be a shocking experience.I use it as a studio lighting for fine arts and it is very good.Feels like I'm working outside on daylight.Also great for photographing my art work.The bulb is massive in size, larger than my hand.The only bad thing is that there is no information leaflet in the box or safety instructions.
