Excellent product for gray hair. It’s easy on the hair, easy to apply, does not cause yellowing, and is long lasting on my hair. The yellow out included is amazing. I use that along with Joico color balance purple shampoo and conditioner and have no signs of yellowing. I also reduce the heat on my blow dryer to a medium or air dry and that is key to ensure no yellowing. I have thick medium to long length hair and my touch up is to the roots only giving me a good amount to refrigerate for edge up if needed at a later time. My hair is healthy and looks better than ever. This perm usually last me 8-10 weeks. On my hair, I usually leave it in about 10-15 minutes, leaving the edges for last and any hair that may have a finer texture (5 minutes), and get a really nice straightening of the hair. I do put vaseline petroleum jelly on my scalp and hairline to protect it from burning as well as on the hair not being processed to protect it from being damaged/over processed. Prior to using this, I was using kid perms and my hair yellowed really bad. This is now my relaxer of choice and I hope it stays around for a very long time. BTW, I also take a Hair, Nail, and Skin vitamin daily and have seen exceptional results in the health of my hair. So, with this combination, I see rapid and healthy hair growth. I couldn’t be happier with this product.

I've been using this treatment for a while. I love it. It's leave my hair so smooth. The only thing it's tend to turn my hair a little bit yellowish, but I always use purple shampoo afterward to neutralize it. It burnt my scalp within just 2 minutes of use and didn't make my hair straight ☹️. My Gray hair still remained gold not white, the worst product ever. Y'all stick to the cheaper ones that have been in the market for long!

The product itself is fantastic! Amazon slapped a label on the Gentle Treatment Relaxer box and delivered it in that manner. Needless to say the box was crushed and slightly wet as it was raining. All contents were included.
