Comfortable Hard Hat with Style
This hardhat is OSHA approved (required for job) and is lightweight and effective. Stylish, too! The built in safety glasses are small and ineffective, but tuck nicely within the brim of the hardhat.

Perfect Fit!
I love it, It was large enough and that says a lot because I have a lot of hair on my head. I'm not bald like most construction workers so the average 6-7.5 couldn't fit. So I highly recommend. Also the chin strap is simply outstanding. The hidden eyeglass is just another perk that I cannot thank you enough for and this is why I wrote a review. You guys saved me from brain squeeze from the small/average hard hat by 3M. I highly recommend.

After wearing, headband liner leaves a ridiculous cross pattern across your forehead
Pros:1. Full brim hardhat, protects your head as it should2. Air vents3. Looks good. Several people at work commented and asked me where I got it4. Built in safety glasses mean you'll never be in a situation where you need them and don't have them5. Has clips to hold a headlamp strap in positionCons:1. A tad heavy. Definitely weighs more than the default, cap style hats handed out as freebies.2. The BIGGIE and why I can only give this hardhat 2 stars instead of 4 or 5: The absolute MORONIC, disappointing "design" choice for the soft plastic headband to be a rectangular pattern of tall squares with deep grooves, like a waffle iron. Wear this thing for more than 30 minutes, take it off and you walk around "branded" with a VERY obvious, stupid looking cross shape imprinted in the center of your forehead. Absolutely embarrassing. The first day I wore this at work, I had it on for several hours, came back to the office for a meeting and everyone pointed at my head and asked, "WTF??" Looking in a mirror and inspecting the headband, the problem was obvious. I'll figure out a way to make this work, but I've already wasted another $30+ trying to find a decent replacement for the included headband. Sorry, thumbs down. Just plain stupid.
