Not quite 23 7/8 inches
I was replacing this in a 24" under-cabinet fixture. Although the description says the actual size is 23 and 7/8 inches, it is at least 3/4" short. I have centered it on the fixture and now there's a gap of about 3/4" on either side. Thankfully, it's under-cabinet so not visible.Overall build quality is good. Even though you need to bend a bit forcefully to install, you won't break it easily.

Says replaces 24 inch units . However the 1/8 shortness does show a significant gap
