Apr 7, 2025 11:20 AM I 100% recommend this product!!! I was skeptical if this Blinkjoy Hydrating sleep mask would actually work. I had Bells Palsy about 11 years ago that had healed but due to severe stress the weakened eye muscles started causing my right eye to be dry in the morning. I went to the eye doctor and she recommended something called sleep tite eye patches. I ordered them but it was going to take a couple of weeks to get them and my eye was so dry it was painful and my right eye got blurry vision even though I had been taping my eye at night and using the Systane nightime lubricant eye ointment and using Systane gel eye drops throughout the day. I was scared and desperate to find something that helped immediately. I saw the blinkjoy hydrating sleep mask on a google search saw their website but then saw it was on Amazon and I have Amazon Prime. I got the blinkjoy order right away and it took a night or so to get used to it because I am a side sleeper. I had to use a softer more plush pillow and slightly modify my side sleeping position. I thought it would be difficult to get use to the new pillow, a little different sleep position and the mask but it was an easy transition and so worth the effort! I LOVE this product it absolutely works perfectly! It took using eye gel drops throughout the day and then using the sleep mask at night but wow my vision is back to normal in less than a week and I was bragging to my husband, family and friends that this sleep mask actually works and has made a major difference in my eye health! I would recommend it to anyone! It is so comfortable, adjustable and its blackout dark so you get more restful sleep. My sleep tite eye patches finally came in the mail and I wont need them thanks to blinkjoy sleep mask! Also I love the fact you can open your eye inside the mask so it does not feel restricted in any way which helps with going to sleep too its a more natural sleep process. It took a little experimenting to find the perfect adjustment on the Velcro strap to get the best results but once you figure that out and get the perfect seal around your eyes you wont have to give this a second thought. It is a truly life changing product if you suffer from dry eyes this is a game changer! Thanks again Blinkjoy I can’t say enough good things about your design and product! I will be bragging on this product to my ophthalmologist too so she can recommend it to her patients! This product is so worth the money, super lightweight, breathable material so you wont feel hot and well made I promise you will absolutely love it! I didn’t know there was a 2nd generation of this mask but this 1st generation mask works great!

I chose this sleep mask because my eye doctor recommended I get a moisture chamber eye mask to help with my dry eyes. This is the only one I found that doesn't look like a pair of swim goggles and to me that is worth the price paid. The sleep mask is comfortable and stays on pretty well. It is not great for side sleeping but it is not super uncomfortable either. I like that you can adjust how close the eye cups are together and it came with extra silicone inserts. I feel this mask has helped my dry eye and will continue to use it!

I use this mask to help relieve my dry eyes. The thing I wish could be better is the thing I can’t really fault it for, because it warned buyers right in the description. That is the fact that if you are a side sleeper, it will allow air in on that side. I fasten it as tightly as possible to help avoid it, and that can help. It can really help the side I don’t sleep on. And I must say it really helps overall! I put Optase Hylo nighttime dry eye ointment in my eyes under in, and run a humidifier, and it all really helps. I’m much better now than I was before I bought the mask! I simply wish it could solve for side sleeping. I’ve seen something sold by “The Dry Eye Shop” that claims to solve for side sleeping, and I can see how it would - it just doesn’t look as comfortable as this mask, and they sell this mask too. Overall it’s really my only not positive feature, so I would recommend it otherwise. Comfortable, works well if you’re not a side sleeper, even works “not bad” for side sleeper. Just know where you stand when you buy it.

Lately my eyes won't close completely when sleeping. As a result, my eyes have become very dry. This hydrating mask seals around my eyes so well at night that in the morning there is moisture around my eyes. I don't know where it comes from, but I'm pretty happy about it! This comes with an extra set of silicone eye cups, and they are so very soft. The cups can be adjusted to fit the position of your eyes. Between this mask and another that I have which heats your eyes for 15 minutes at at time, coupled with eye drops, my eyes have been greatly helped.

I ended up returning my sleep goggles unfortunately. The Good: - I loved that it comes with a little case and extra silicone eyepieces. They are easy to slip in and out. Including them is nice because if you ever want to change them you have an extra set or if you lose one. The company didn't have to do that and did, so that is a positive in my book. - They work. I have Sjogrens, so my dryness is terrible, especially at night. I've tried a TON of masks and goggles. These were the only ones to ever really work. In the morning, my eyes felt very moisturized when I normally have to pry them open and quickly put in some drops. And they felt so comfortable all night. No itching and dryness that sometimes gets so bad it wakes me up. The bad: - They suction to an extreme to your face. That's good on one hand because it really locks in the moisture. On the other, it literally pulls at the delicate skin around your eyes. In the morning I had to pry them off and had big marks around my eyes and even a red welt above one. It took most of the day for the welt to fade. I'm a woman and I do a lot to keep my skin in good condition. I definitely don't want to be pulling at the skin around my eyes for eight hours at night. I was too afraid these would do damage over time, so I returned them. It's a shame. There has to be some balance between the suction and moisture retention. I also have a small face...I have to buy child-sized glasses. So it isn't that my face is too large or anything.
