Horrible speaker sound
The speakers are defective. They make horrible noise when playing music . I regret buying this laptop. I'm returning it

Buzzing sound and black tape
Unfortunately I'm not hapoy with this laptop, it has a strange distracting buzzing sound from the speakers and has a black tape on the base of the laptop. I tried to ask amazon for me to gain contact with the seller however this has not been possible. I dont feel its value for money as the software is fine no problem however the price should bare the fact of both the black tape and buzzing sound from the speakers which was not highlighted in the description. I will need to return back. Lesson learned to believe reviews before purchasing. If seller reads my review please get in touch.

If I could give 0 stars I would
Awful, had issues as soon as I switched it on, blue screen saying there is a problem we need to reboot your computer, this then kept happening for about 10 mins and when it finally came on and set it up, the space bar was faulty, when I came to switch it off I also had issues getting it to shut down, was sold a faulty item, totally unfit for purpose, sent back days ago now Iām struggling to get the refund avoid!

item not fit for purpose,have to wait for carrier to pick up 24/48 hours them wait for Amazon to recieve item back then wait 5/7 days for refund so could be 10 days before refund not happy ,i can not buy some where else because I have to wait to get my money back very unhappy
