There is one thing that is certain about this product, the company stands behind their product. For me this alone will give it high marks (stars). I have used this product for 9 months and, although I've used it gently, the connection at the power plug and the led's became faulty, and the lights only came on intermittently. I emailed customer service and as they had promised, they replied within 48 hrs, in fact, the following day. They concluded that the point of the problem, the connection at the power plug is not covered if the product has been used extensively. However, they are willing to replace it for this review (quid pro quo). I am more than happy to give this review since they, first, replied with alacrity and the fact the product works exactly as advertised. I have used it extensively for any joint pain or muscle fatigue and soreness. It has helped to relieve most pains for muscles and overuse of joints. I have used other products costing 2 - 3 times and this product worked just as well. Two notes of interest, I have used it like one would use a light panel, I would drape it over the front of my torso and this has helped in getting rid of my insomnia. Perhaps, it's the warmth of the lights or the general healing effects of increased mitochondrial activity, I don't know, but I know that I craved to have this belt over my torso as I could get to sleep faster. The other curious effect of this light is, and this is a bit hard to believe, but it is growing my hair back. At one point, I just decided to try and put it on my head, just out of curiosity, I set it to flash, the lowest power setting, I did this to see if it would help further with the insomnia. After several months of doing this a few times a week, I noticed a thickening of my light fuzzy bald head. Eventually, it started to fill in little by little. Well, I don't know how much more it'll do for my baldness, but at least it's doing something. Please understand that this could be just coincidental as I've decided to live healthier, and started a low-carb, low-glucose diet with intermittent fasts, so many other factors could have contributed. In any case, overall I am very satisfied with this product and have even recommended it to friends and family who have purchased it and told me that it does help them with their joint pains and muscle aches. I think this product is certainly worth the investment and if you are one of those who is sensitive to the effects of photo-biomodulation therapy, it's a good place to start. UPDATE 04/22/2024 I am happy to say that I have received the replacement belt in what I would say is record time. As soon as I provided them with the necessary information, it was 5 days. It works, of course, and I am very happy with this product.

I have been using this infrared belt for about 3 weeks now and it seems to be relieving my knee and hip pain a bit. Sitting in a recliner, I can place it on the side of my leg, running from upper hip just past the knee, with a towel wrapped around to keep in place. I plug in to a wall outlet. There are 5 settings and a timer that goes up to 30 minutes. Only drawback is that I have not been able to figure out how to wrap it around the knee (like pictures have shown), because of the size of the belt. I have read that it might also be good for weight loss so I have started to use it when I first go to bed with it wrapped around my belly. For this I can use it plugged into a battery, which makes it nice so I don’t have to relocate my power cord that is by the recliner chair. Very convenient to have both power capabilities. With a power bank, it seems to only work on the first 3 settings. When I try to hit setting 4, it shuts off. It may take a couple months to see if it is affective for weight loss. Great features; timer to shut off up to 30 minutes at a time, 5 settings, 2 power sources so it is portable. The size makes it versatile for multiple body areas. So far, I pleased with the product and the reasonable price.

I'm amazed! I bought this waist trainer to alleviate my back pain, and I didn't expect it to have such a surprising effect on my figure. At first, I thought it was just for supporting my waist, but now I notice that my clothes fit bigger and it seems like my waist has been shaped. It's incredible! This red light therapy belt smalls so bad, and so toxic it's really hard to be in the same room with it. I've had it now for a week and it is still stinking up my house. I just put it out in the garage and am hoping the smell finally goes away by next week. I'm assuming it's from the flame retardant they coat it with, but I think the chances of getting a tumor from the fumes are probably higher than the belt bursting into flames. Otherwise the belt is okay. We'll see how long it lasts. Also, the belt comes with two power pacs. One that plugs into a usb socket and the other plugs into the DC socket. The one for DC that they sent doesn't fit (at the other end) into the belt's female socket. The male plug is the wrong size, so I can only use the USB power pack. Pretty stupid.

I purchased this to use on my abdomen following an emergency appendectomy. Following my surgery, the right side of my ribs and diaphragm were extremely tender. It hurt just to breathe. I have a handheld red light device that I began using as soon as I came home from the hospital, but I wanted something I could wrap around the side that really hurt and get a much larger area done in one sitting. This wrap has worked great. The power cord is long enough to plug into the wall and sit several feet away on my couch while the unit runs. I'm not sure how much it really does to speed healing since it does not include wavelengths that you would need for deep tissue uses, but I can definitely tell when I fail to use it.
