Best Dandruff Shampoo Ever
I have used all of the most popular dandruff shampoos there is and never got any results. This is the first one that is effective and amazing! I’ve only used it for a few weeks now and I’ve seen significant improvement! My scalp is way less itchy and the redness is almost completely gone. By far the best shampoo for dandruff you can buy! In my experience it’s super effective and I will be continuing to use it. The smell isn’t the best but it’s not that bad!! Highly highly recommend!! I almost lost hope for my severe dandruff but this helped so much!!

Works great
I’ve had trouble with dry scalp for years. I started using this for spectrum dandruff shampoo with cold tar and salicylic acid with sulfur while it does not smell the best when it’s on your hair it works better than anything I have ever tried that was over-the-counter. it is a great price for what you get so it is a good value. The shampoo works well and lather’s fantastic leaves your hair feeling soft and clean. I would recommend this product to anyone who deals with psoriasis, eczema, or dandruff.

Best Dandruff Shampoo I've Ever Tried - Super Effective
I've tried countless different dandruff shampoos over 30+ years. Some are moderately effective, but most are just lousy at controlling dandruff.Clark's Full Spectrum Dandruff Shampoo is the real deal; it not only controls dandruff flakes, it also reduces itching and scalp inflammation. This product is one of the few things I've purchased recently that actually exceeded expectations. While Clark's doesn't smell good, it doesn't smell bad. I've used coal tar dandruff shampoos for years that smell far worse and produce lesser results. Given how effective Clark's is, I can accept the fact it doesn't smell like mint, or cedar, or some other synthetically produced perfume.

Works quickly but smells like gasoline. Also, shake well before using!
Works fast, definitely effective, but smells like you are washing your hair with straight up gasoline. Very strong and unpleasant smell, much stronger than even other coal tar shampoos like t-gel etc. and instructions say to lather and leave it in for 5 mins, so you will smell this for a while! I usually wash it out with another regular shampoo after I use it so I don’t smell like I just came from working at the gas station throughout the day. Also, make sure you shake it very thoroughly before using. The ingredients separate in the bottle and if you don’t it comes out very watery.

The Smell IS Too Much
I actually sort of like this gasoline type scent, so after reading the other reviews I didn’t think it would be a problem for me, but it was. I got a headache and my son literally vomited from the smell (he’s 4 and wasn’t in the shower or bathroom with me but was in my attached bedroom) and he has never thrown up over just a smell before.

Smells like gasoline
Impossible to tell if it works, shower is intolerable as it's difficult to breathe through the smell, it's like standing in the exhaust fumes of a semi-truck. And I've used tar/sulfur/charcoal products before and I've never had an astmatic like reaction to it. Smell lingered in the bathroom for a day. Had high hopes. For anyone willing to try it, the shampoo separates so it has to be shaken before using. (I know this because despite the first encounter I tried it again thinking I could get over the stench, and it separated between uses.)

Does not stink as much as some say and provides great results
This formula has more (50%) sulfur and more (50%) salicylic acid with about the same coal tar as the bottle (another brand) I bought as a dog shampoo at a national chain store. Size is 8oz vs 16 oz. I like the Clark's as it is stronger, more concentrated and maybe, just maybe not as stinky. I use it on my (growing) bald spot and on my dogs with their rashes. This is not a perfumed smell good product - it smells medicinal and it is just that. Coal tar and sulfur have distinctive aromas - strong ones at that. Give it a try - the combination of active ingredients has been proven in use for many (underscored) years. I think it is safe to use except in California - there it causes cancer, according to the label. I don't live in California so I get to use it and enjoy the wonderful benefits.
