Tuli's Road Runners Premium Replacement Insoles Large (Size 10-12 for Ladies, Size 8-10 for Men)

I bought these for my mum as she does a lot of running in order to control her diabetes. She finds them very comfortable and really very useful. Only issue is that she had to buy a size bigger trainers as on a size 4 (UK) trainers, these were too tight. But that did not stop her from using these and still running very comfortably! Would recommend!

Quite comfortable but I don't find they have quite as good shock absorbing qualities as others I use pity because these are a bit cheaper.

A reasonably price item which does the job, however fopr a little more you will get better quality with more comfort.

Insoles it's thick and soft to wear but I have only used it once Indoor!

Over the years I have used many different brands of liners. Tuli's are the best of them all. Nothing else even comes close. They are tops in support, comfort, and durability.

These are great. Very cushioned. I bought up several pairs on a price dip. I use these in work boots, hiking boots and hiking shoes. They are quite thick and would not be a good choice in your dress shoes unless you know they can accommodate the thickness. These give good comfort on rough terrain. I also use these in my Wellington boots. Not so much for comfort, but to take up space when wearing thinner socks. When winter comes, I swap the Tuli's out for a thinner insole and go with my heavy wool socks. Also my ankles tend to take a beating on certain hiking shoes, so installing these raises my heel enough that my ankles don't bang. There are some comments here about arch support. These insoles have little to no arch support. Just a minor swell in the arch area. My shoes and boots that I use these in all have a foot bed with a substantial arch built right in. These Tuli's just follow the contour of the foot bed. If you are looking for an orthotic type insole to add additional arch support, these are probably not for you. They add cushioning and height.

These work very well as insoles for any shoes that came with ones you can take out and replace. I got my first pair six months ago, and have since ordered two more pairs for different shoes. The first pair still has no visible wear, and I'm on my feet most of the day. The claimed product features "reduces foot pain" and "provides foot cushion" are real (I don't know about "stores and releases energy", but I wasn't expecting springs on my feet anyway). They're made in the US, which is a plus.

I have tired a lot of inserts over the years, but the high arches can be painful and make for a very achy foot by the end of the day. These inserts have moderate arch support, which I like, and they are very well cushioined. However, they are so thick, beware if your shoes fit well now you will not be able to get these in you shoes and wear them comfortable as your toes will be pushing on the inside top of the toe cap. I size up a half size in my hiking boots and use these inserts for the perfect comfort and fit.

I always buy these. I get heal pain, but with these in my shoes it goes away.
