The lights look great . . . My son absolutely loves these additions to his Lego Project. These for New York are especially and appropriately bright and colorful!

This is a great addition to the NYC architecture Lego set. NYC is a city of bright lights, and this light kit brings the bright! I wasn’t expecting that some of the lights are flashing/color changing, but was pleasantly surprised by that added feature!Installing this is not for the faint of heart, though. It probably took me about 2 hours, particularly because some of it is rather fiddly to get right. The instructions were nice and clear and everything was easy to use. Definitely happy with my purchase and it’s going to be a wonderful addition to my office.I do wish that the wires were all black instead of black and red, just for improved esthetics. It’s also not ideal the way that the pieces hiding the wires are not totally securely in place, but that’s to be expected when you add even thin wires between pieces.Word of advice: leave the Statue of Liberty off the base until you are done. It ends up being extra easy to knock off once the light is installed, and constantly picking up up and putting it back only to knock it off again was frustrating.

I did not read carefully enough when ordering and thought I was getting a different set.However, these lights are great in that they can be incorporated into any Lego building or model that you'd like illuminated.Yes, its best to buy light kits for your specific model, but if you are building sets from random pieces for a creation of your own, these lights can still be used in that application.

Edit. 1 light near Statue of Liberty does not come on.

Lights do not work..company WILL NOT RETURN OR REPLACE! Do not recommend these OR THIS COMPANY!

My husband is a LEGO nerd!! He got the titanic and I knew he needed the lights that go in it!As he was assembling it and putting in the lights I heard a few cuss words! The instructions were all online ( which I get) but for some it is hard to follow. I feel it took him longer to get the lights installed than it did to build the titanic.The steam has never worked he has done what it says and no steam. One of the lights on the stacks is a different color than the others. There was not any replacement lights so that he could switch them out.For the price I would hope for extra pieces to fix with.Does it look amazing? AbsolutelyI feel the instructions should be printed in a nice little booklet and easier to follow.

Way too much work and dexterity needed. Also the instructions aren't printed out, but viewable on your phone through a QR scan. I got old eyes, need them instructions printed out and clear, please!
