I tried four other (more expensive) systems to connect with Teams and Google Voice, but they all failed. Not only does this work, it is basically plug-and-play. The sound quality is sharp and clear for voice and music, which is perfect for me.Sound suppression works well. One of my co-workers is very hard of hearing and she is extra loud when she is on the phone or talking to someone else. It does not pick her up well enough to discern the conversation even when she is less than 6' from my desk.Sometimes it doesn't automatically connect to my computer when I change locations but if I reboot, it will connect. That probably has more to do with my crappy work laptop than the headset, but I don't know for sure.I would definitely buy again and recommend for someone else needing this for Teams and/or Google Voice. :-)

Cannot adjust head band for my heaad.

Excellent sound quality, external noise cancelling, very comfortable. Frequently keep them on after meeting is over for office chatter noise canceling and comfort. Love that when you put microphone down you hear “unmute”, and when you put it up you hear “mute”. This avoids accidental hot mic situations.

I bought the wired version of this headset not expecting much. I’m using it for remote work. It works really well in teams and the Spatial Audio makes it sound like people are in the room talking to you. What I really like is that I can hear what I sound like through the headphones and it has helped me to have awareness of the tone I have while speaking. It’s a definite aid if you are interested in self improvement in speaking with others. I dropped one star because I’ve been using it for a few days and the connection just dropped in the middle of a call. I could hear the Spatial Audio drop out even though everything was connected properly. I’ll be exchanging this and hopefully it doesn’t happen with the new one.

This product has some great features. The audio and mic are high quality. The headset automatically mutes when you flip up the mic attachment arm.My only concern is that the headband isn’t very secure. It is already getting stretched out and loose and I’ve only had this for about two weeks.
