Half a cap works well to lessen a crazy 6 month old kitten's craziness. Calms him down without apparent side effects. Still active - just not as bad at going after the other cats. 2 paws up from the other cats.

This is to counter the negative review that these don’t make yogurt and aren’t live. I purposely did this in a small separate batch to see and it worked perfectly. My only conclusion is the other person got a bad batch, or more likely didn’t understand how to make yogurt with these.

Not for me. Gave me lower abdominal pain. You know I tried this and a couple others either alone or in a combo over a couple months. I think it’s best to leave your gut and colon alone. I’ve found yogurt to be the best probiotic. If it’s even one. Daily yogurt for me works better than these billion whatever’s.
