Defective pump ongoing issue with this product
This is a fantastic product, but unfortunately there is a problem with the pump which is defective and it seems to be an ongoing problem. It is expensive but worth it that is if you can get the pump to work, there’s no way to get the product out if the pump does not work

Dispenser doesn't work with the thick cream inside.
Do NOT purchase this product. The Journee "RICH" cream is so thick it does not dispense from the container. The item also has to be destroyed in order to get the top off to find out what is wrong with the dispenser or product.
