This fountain works well and has gotten our big male cat to drink more frequently. We got the version with clips and the metal attachment for one of the clips has already rusted out and broken off on the original unit but the seller support has been excellent. They quickly shipped out a new fountain. Otherwise, it's easy to clean, easy to refill. and the cats like it. Even our big male cat is drinking more and he was the main reason for getting this fountain.

I love this fountain! Easy to take apart and clean, stainless steel is the best to prevent problems. The cat is reserving judgement but hasn’t asked for the faucet to be turned on since we got this fountain. Quiet and just the right size for the cat’s feeding station.

Our cat absolutely loves this fountain, and we love it for that! Works well and does what it’s supposed to do. I would like to add that above all this, their customer support is just amazing. We had an issue with the pump after a year of use, we contacted customer support for a fix. Not only Sue responded promptly, but she sent us a replacement instantly and made it up for us. Sue was very professional, prompt, and a real pleasure to talk to.

My experience with this product was only for a few days, so I can't say much about durability long-term. The instructions were clear for putting it together. It seemed quiet when it was running. However, I thought the faucet part that the water comes out would be a little taller, so that cats could get to it like they do with a sink, but the area was too tight for my adult cats' heads, so I took off one star for that and the light. I'm not a fan of lights on products, especially if you can't shut them off, but many comparable fountains seem to come with them unfortunately. Even though it seemed to be working fine, my cats were scared of it and didn't have any interest in drinking out of it at all. I got it to try since my one cat has crystals and needs to drink more, so I ended up returning it since none of my three cats used it. I do plan on trying this company's double bowl wifi automatic feeder though and if you think you're cat might be interested in a fountain, give it a try! Mine just don't seem to take to them. We tried one my boyfriend had for his cats too and it was also a no-go.

I bought this as a replacement for the original pet fountain pump, same brand. Overall I like the fountain but have been disappointed in the pump. The first kept slowing down to barely a trickle. I cleaned it regularly. It flows pretty well a day or two after cleaning but in just a few days it’s barely running. I thought the original was worn out. The new one is the same way. The velocity of the water flow is very inconsistent. This fountain has a good filtration system in it. The fountain has a triple media filter for the water & the pump has a separate foam sponge filter at the intake. You can & have to disassemble the pump to clean it. I never see any buildup or blockage when I clean it so not sure why it gets so sluggish so soon after cleaning. I had an old pump from another fountain that I was going to use but the old one really pushes the water in this fountain. It was fine for its original fountain but is too forceful for this fountain & splashed all over the place so I ordered a replacement pump. My old pump never bogged down like this one. Now the replacement is performing the same way, slowing down to a trickle in a few days. I read other reviews after my experience and see similar complaints. I guess I should have read the reviews first before buying.

This cat water fountain is working great, holds a lot of water and has a light that turns red when you need to add water and my picky Luna is enjoying the fresh water. The customer service team is very helpful, my package was short one filter and they quickly sent me 8 more filters! Amazing!

My absolute menace of a cat can’t even knock this over. Easy to keep clean. But more importantly hard to knock over.
