Impact of awkwardly lifting 25kg upright freezer didn't reveal itself for nearly 2 weeks but then serious discomfort heralded the arrival of challenge and pain. (Frozen shoulder or shoulder rotar mechanics yet to be fully assessed) Suffice to say, elbow, bicep and later immobilisation of shoulder all followed classic delayed reaction of this insidious style injury and, for me, supporting, arresting and cushioning shoulder movement was imperative. The arm / shoulder sling was initially intimidating to view and assess due to its later appreciated (amazing) tiers of finely adjustable Velcro aided halter, thumb and back strap support features. Unlike two previous purchases prior to discovering this one, the device allows either tight, comfy or loose horizontal support of arm and / or shoulder with zero neck fatigue as well as enabling arm to point down to 4 0 clock or 5 0 clock position for circulation aid, modest exercise or just temporary release based on a users particular needs. One particular point of note? I'm 6ft with decent reach and immediately chose the Large version, assuming I'd need that one but ended up folding strap near elbow 3 times over to lose a couple of inches for best fit. Later, so delighted with my original purchase, I ordered a Medium that was exactly perfect, (for me), for indoor, casual, non bulky clothing and now keep the Large version for outdoor or bulky clothing use! OK, sure, I hope not to be needing these supports indefinitely as some ongoing fashion statement for the rest of my life but, with these injuries being slow to mend then, yes, I'm very grateful to the creative mind who put so much great thought and design into this fab product!

This child’s arm sling has been such a help. It fits really well and is lightweight, so my little one is comfortable wearing it for long periods without complaints. The material is soft and breathable, which makes a big difference, and the strap is easy to adjust so it sits just right. It gives really good support and keeps the arm secure without being bulky or awkward. My child was still able to move around and do day-to-day things without too much trouble, which was a huge relief. It also looks neat and tidy, not oversized like some of the adult ones we tried before. Overall, a great product that made recovery so much easier – I’d definitely recommend it to other parents. We also loved the images on it the colours were great and kept it exciting for my son

Really comfortable and easy to use, with good back support and smartly designed straps that keep your hand steady. It’s definitely worth the price. I just wish it had a sturdier, more solid base to hold the arm firmly in place, and maybe a black color option too. In the end, I had to add something under the sling to keep my hand stable, but the build quality and materials are excellent overall.

This is well made, true to size, easy to put on and my small 3 year old wearing 2XS who has sensory issues but loves blue and loves it (got the patterned type left arm). My child has a fresh brake and they feel more confident as it gives good support. Their arm is kept at a good angle which makes it very effective. Due to some other reviews, I was reluctant but as there was nothing else similar with quick delivery I took the chance. It was delivered next morning. Photo makes it look big for child but in person it is actually a very good fit. It looks as though it would fit an older child well too. We have a strap sling from hospital which is good but I wanted something more secure for school on Monday. It is good quality material, has a slight padding and soft to the touch so I think it'll give good protection. We are using this for an upper elbow brake with hand to upper arm cast. I felt it seemed pricey compare to others on here but worth the cost for sure. Hope this helps.

I loved this sling it was so comfortable and fitted really well. I particularly liked the curve in the middle which is perfect for ladies!!! It is fully adjustable - I noticed some reviews said that it wasn't as it can be hard to see where all the velcro adjusters are - basically if its black its adjustable! Very well made and secure.

Excellent arm sling, fully adjustable e.g., adjust your arm height and it’s very comfortable. Much better than the hospital issue sling. We found arm length to be the most important measurement, if you buy one that’s too small your hand hangs out and is not fully supported. It isn’t obvious how the adjust the sling so we did need to read the instructions and look for the black patches of Velcro to open and adjust.

While the general concept of the sling allows for several adjustments and reduces pressure on the shoulder, offering better immobilization than more conventional slings, there are two key issues: First, the strap designed to secure the sling in place is meant to be positioned at the lower arm, as shown in the demonstration film. However, it is sewn at the elbow/upper arm, making it less efficient and too tight. The circumference of the lower arm differs from that of the upper arm just below the biceps. When using it on the lower arm, there is no support for the Velcro, which is likely to result in damage very quickly. Additionally, it would be helpful if the length of the shoulder strap could be adjusted in the same manner as the waist strap. When adjusting the shoulder strap, I have to attach it at the top of the shoulder, which requires moving the shoulder cushion and then replacing it again. This makes it more complicated, especially when I need to wear the sling without assistance. I kept the sling because I needed a new one as soon as possible. However, since my healing may take several weeks, I will need another one, and I hesitate to order the same model. A little more attention to detail would make a significant difference.

Got this for my son as he had broken his arm , very glad I did ,so much more comfortable than the hospital one he was given , he’s 4 and fits perfectly he’s a small 4 though . Highly recommend.

Following a stroke impacting her entire right side and immobilizing her right arm. We bought our first sling (Willcom Arm Sling) which she found very helpful and comfortable. This is the third one we have purchased as they get a good work-out and we find eventually the velcro breaks off, through wear and washing. The re has been no problem with delivery which is another bonus.

Not good for left arm, suppose to be reversible but it’s not suitable due to bottom strap that needs to be twisted Wouldn’t suggest for left arm

This sling is very comfortable but in a warm environment you'll find yourself sweating. Saying that It's easy to put on and very comfortable. I've been wearing mine for 5 weeks now. It's been hand washed but it's just starting to show signs of wear, but to be expected I guess. I would recommend this product.

I have had two previous shoulder surgeries and last week had the “big one “ total replacement. This sling is beyond words, the difference it has made in my life ,compared to the hospital provided one is life changing.It is super comfortable, the arm does not slip forward when you bend down , the strap that sits on your shoulder, you wouldn’t know it’s there , due to the unique three way T piece, The slings multiple adhesive straps can be adjusted to make it the Goldilocks of all slings .i only wish I had known about this sling with my previous surgeries.

Very comfy for my partner who had shoulder surgery was more comfy than one supplied from hsopital
